For any reason , you are not satisfied about our products

Within 30 days: Fully refunded or exchange .

• Return it for a refund : Please email us at mpoint@batterybarn.com or call 1-888-227-6888 to obtain a return authorization number and return it to our place at - Battery Barn ,6N742 Palomino Dr. St. Charles, IL 60175 . If it is due to our fault, the original shipping charge will be refunded as well. Sorry, we can not cover your return freight any longer.
  
• Exchange to a replacement : Please email us at mpoint@batterybarn.com or call 1-888-227-6888 , we will send you the replacement plus a return envelope or box with stamp on it for you to return the first shipment (US customers only).
  

Between 30 days to one year : Exchange only.

• Exchange only: Please email us at mpoint@batterybarn.com or call 1-888-227-6888 before you send the product back to our place, We will ask S&H fee to process the exchange, the amount will be calculated by the length of the time you have kept the product. (It could be up to 90% of the products' value.) . Once we receive your package, we will send you the replacement right the way.
